RF shielded doors are a critical component of any RF cage, so the design and construction quality are essential.

Our manual RF door is specifically designed to provide reliable, low-maintenance service and to protect against radio-frequency interference and electromagnetic interference. It is built to withstand frequent use in the most demanding MRI setting, with an easy-open lever style handle, concealed seals and a low-profile threshold for seamless patient transfer and easy cleaning, which is particularly important in healthcare environments.

The door meets the RF attenuation requirements for all clinical and research systems, reducing MRI noise transmission. It is finished with a durable high-pressure plastic laminate and in most cases a single 1200mm wide hinged door is sufficient for MRI suites. Envirotect are able to provide annual inspections, servicing, and repairs for a variety of RF doors.
