Envirotect x-ray screen makes a splash at Brighton children’s hospital
Envirotect has installed a code 5 lead lined x-ray screen at Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton, with a vibrant underwater theme created by POP Design and Projects. The ocean-inspired design not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides necessary protection against radiation exposure. The screens are made with a lead core to the panels and lead glass vision panels for clear visibility during procedures.
Envirotect managing director Niven Smith said: “The transformation of a plain and clinical room into a child-friendly and inviting space by POP Design and Projects is amazing. The underwater theme has completely changed the appearance of our screen and we look forward to future collaborations with POP Design and Projects”.
