Colourful images transform dark MRI suites

Envirotect has seen an increase in sales of its MRI compatible LED lighting systems.  The enviro-Bright LED panels are lightweight and wired ready to mount by a suitably qualified electrician.  The panels fit into a standard 600mm x 600mm ceiling frame and are unaffected by the magnetic fields created by MRI scanners.  The lighting system helps to reduce energy consumption while creating a comfortable atmosphere with optimum visibility for staff and patients in an MR imaging suite.  The enviro-View picture lighting system transform the interior of dark, windowless rooms with bright and colourful images.  The LED panels feature high resolution pictures to provide a distraction by creating a calm and relaxing space.  Panels can be located above the scanner creating a skylight view or mounted to walls allowing artificial daylight into the room. The systems are supplied as a package and come with emergency backup located in the control panels.  All enviro-Bright and enviro-View MRI lighting systems include fitting instructions, a wiring diagram and emergency luminaire installation and maintenance record.
