MRI Shielding range prompts interest

Envirotect reports a positive response from the industry since adding MRI and magnetic shielding products and services to its range, with projects currently in progress with numerous inquiries.

“The interest received from our customers has been immense,” said MRI development manager Steve Rumble. “The majority are very interested that we manufacture the copper MRI shielding at our premises in Leighton Buzzard. We are the only MRI installer in the UK to do so. This saves shipping times compared to our competitors.”

Radiotherapy shielding has also joined the company’s portfolio. This is offered in conjunction with John Caunt Scientific who together offer a range of shielding materials in addition to a wealth of knowledge and expertise. A wide range of radiation shielding products including lead lined panelling, door sets, screens, windows, cabinets, lead glass and lead vinyl are also available from Envirotect.
